OK, so here's the deal. Later today Roger Penske will announce that he is to replace dancer Helio Castroneves with Will Power.
Penske's going to claim that it's a mutual decision, but Castroneves posted on his blog yesterday, and clearly wasn't expecting this.
I guess Penske thinks that Castroneves …
